FAQS

Important information about our gym

Why strength training?2022-03-28T13:43:21+00:00

Three primary reasons: 1) The more muscle you train, the more fat you’ll burn. 2) The average person loses 3-8% of muscle per decade after age 30. Strength training reduces these losses. 3) Strength equals longevity. Strength training allows you to more easily carry your daughter’s softball bag, hold your grandkids, maintain good balance, and sustain high energy levels. It’s also proven to be among the most effective forms of exercise for women.
