STRENGTH:

Fundamental development

Our Strength training blends foundational compound exercises such as squats, bench press, pull ups, shoulder presses, and others, with balance training and accessory work to introduce and improve top-end strength. These classes are ideal for technique work and maximum strength. We adapt the course content to your progress on a week-to-week basis, offering modifications as needed.

RECOMMENDED LEVELS: BEGINNER AND INTERMEDIATE

MOBILITY:

extended range of motion

Mobility programming recruits calisthenics, gymnastics, and flexibility methods to increase your balance, joint function, and fitness. You will explore movement patterns and functional range of motion in a low-intensity environment, resulting in decreased soreness, lower injury risk, and greater joint mobility.

RECOMMENDED FOR ALL LEVELS

ELEVATE:

Energy System Development

In our Elevate course, you train for muscular endurance. Whether it’s a Metabolic Conditioning (METCON) workout through circuit training or tempo resistance liftwork, Elevate introduces new cardiovascular stimuli for your body to adapt to.

RECOMMENDED FOR ALL LEVELS

VISIbLE MUSCLE:

Power and Lifting

Visible Muscle classes use supersets to maximize your muscle building and lifting control. You should expect to lift explosively with minimal recovery periods in this body composition workout. Consistency and control are the foundations of powerful reps found in Visible Muscle.

RECOMMENDED LEVELS: INTERMEDIATE & ADVANCED
